Easiest Sugar Cookie Recipe Ever!!!

Okay okay okay... This recipe is the top tier when looking for something quick to bring to the holiday party or trying to wow your friends and family! I hope you love it as much as I do!! Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour 1 cup of granulated sugar (with some extra to the side for rolling) 1 stick of butter or a half cup 1 large egg 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 12 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract Instructions: 1. In a large bowl mix the butter and sugar on medium until it begins to look "fluffy". 2. Add your egg and vanilla extract, mix until well incorporated. 3. In a smaller bowl, whisk your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add this to the large bowl and mix on low until you see it begin to come together. Be sure not to over mix. 4.   Zucchini Bread 3 cups of flour 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of baking soda 1 tsp of ground cinnamon  1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp of vanilla extract 2 cups of grated zucchini  1 cup of chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350*F Mix ingredients in a large bowl until fully incorporated  Grease three 9x5 pans Bake for one hour Let cool before cutting
